We are recruiting for Enabling Support Workers at Shaftesbury John Grooms Court in Norwich.

Please note this role does not qualify for visa sponsorship due to salary requirements set by the Home Office.

About the role

The Enabling Support Worker provides support and encouragement, following both individual support plans and directions from the person supported.

You will maintain accurate records, may administer personal care and medication, and cover sleep-in sessions, for which you will receive an additional £60 per sleep-in.

John Grooms Court is a residential home for adults with physical and intellectual disabilities, offering 25 single-occupancy flats and two for two people.
