The Role
As an Enabling Support Worker it will be your role to provide support and encouragement, by taking direction from both the person supported and the person centred support plan.
You will be required to maintain accurate records while at work, in line with the service requirements. You may also be required to administer personal care and medication.
There will be a requirement to cover sleep in sessions. You will be paid an additional A GBP 60 per sleep in.
This is a newly refurbished property, open to younger adults with mild learning disabilities and autism. The house has an upbeat and friendly environment, where they promote daily living skills, support with work experience and placements, and provide emotional support when needed. There are 6 people residing at this property who all have their own tenancies in place and have learnt respect, communication, and social skills.
