About the Role

We’re looking for dedicated Enablement Support Workers to empower adults to live independently within the community. Working hours vary between 8:00 am and 5:30 pm and are tailored to care packages. This role is ideal for those who are compassionate, flexible, and committed to delivering high-quality care.

• Maintain clear communication and documentation
• Collaborate effectively with the wider care team
