Enablement Support Team Member

Location: Broughton (Onsite)

Contract: 12 months (with potential for extension)

Hours: 35 hours/week (flexible within 7am-7pm, Mon-Fri)

Pay: £23.08/hr PAYE | £30.88/hr Umbrella

Clearance: BPSS+ (handled by Airbus Security)

IR35 Status: Inside IR35

About the Role

Are you ready to play a key role in supporting one of the most advanced aircraft production lines in the world? Airbus is looking for a proactive and hands-on Enablement Support Team Member to join the Single Aisle Flow Line business in Broughton. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of aerospace innovation, supporting tooling, facilities, and continuous improvement projects that keep production running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Collaborating with engineering and design teams to resolve production blockers
  • Managing tooling and consumables to ensure smooth operations
  • Coordinating with Facilities & Services to meet service level agreements
  • Acting as the interface between Tool Control Centre and Operations (including calibration processes)
  • Supporting Capex projects and facility upgrades
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles
  • Assisting with health, safety, and environmental compliance
  • Providing financial analysis and reporting
  • Maintaining lean systems and visual management processes
  • Championing 5C/housekeeping standards

  • A proactive mindset with a drive to innovate and improve

Ideal Background

You might have worked as a Project Officer, Project Support Specialist, or in a similar role within manufacturing or production. Formal qualifications are less important than relevant experience and a willingness to learn.
