MERITUS are recruiting for an Enablement Support Lead to support our aviation client on an initial 12 month contract from their major site in Broughton.

ENABLEMENT SUPPORT LEAD - INSIDE IR35 - £29.44 PER HOUR - BROUGHTON, FLINTSHIRE - 12 MONTHS - SINGLE STAGE INTERVIEW PROCESS

An anonymous client is seeking an Enablement Support Lead to drive continuous improvement, introduce new ways of working, and implement tooling and technology solutions to support production growth and sustainability targets. The role is key to leading enablement teams, managing compliance, and ensuring delivery against safety, quality, cost, and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead enablement activities for production rate increases, embedding new practices and process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain governance frameworks for future strategy, tooling, and capital planning.
  • Explore and implement new technologies and tooling solutions to support sustainability goals.
  • Provide leadership and direction to Enablement teams, ensuring capability and empowerment to deliver.
  • Manage daily tool control processes, LOLER compliance, and FOD reduction initiatives.
  • Drive EHS and Airworthiness compliance while promoting SQCDP improvements across operations.
  • Support production areas and act as key liaison with Capex and other business functions.
