Enablement Leader - Airbus, Broughton

Location: Broughton (Onsite)

Hours: 35 per week (4.5 days, flexible between 7am-7pm)

Pay: £29.89/hr PAYE | £40/hr Umbrella

Clearance: BPSS+ (completed by Airbus Security)

IR35: Inside

About the Role

Airbus is looking for an Enablement Leader to help repurpose the iconic A380 factory for Single Aisle production. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of aerospace manufacturing.

What You'll Do

• Lead Transformation: Champion "new ways of working" and best practices, both from within Airbus and the wider industry.
• Drive Innovation: Explore and implement new technologies and tooling solutions to boost sustainability and efficiency.
• Governance & Strategy: Build frameworks to ensure future strategy and tool replenishment are always ahead of the curve.
• Team Leadership: Empower and develop the Enablement team, ensuring they have the skills and confidence to deliver.
• Project Delivery: Oversee daily tool control, LOLER management, FOD improvement, and project management.
• Safety & Quality: Ensure the highest standards in EHS, airworthiness, and SQCDP (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, People).
