Join us as an Enablement engineer and be involved in a team focusing on an internal service provided to our software engineering population. In this role, you will leverage your previous software engineering experience and your ability to coach and support others.

This is a great opportunity for a software engineer looking to move away from day-to-day coding to focus on teaching and supporting stakeholders.

To be successful as an Enablement Engineer at this level, you should have:

• Experience in software development using Java, Python, C#, or equivalent, and CI/CD pipeline construction.
• Experience building collaborative relationships with a wide range of technical colleagues.
• Clear and enthusiastic communication skills to encourage, educate, and influence others, along with patience and generosity when sharing knowledge.

Additional valued skills include:

• Passion for modern software technologies and methodologies, especially DevSecOps.
• Ability to quickly understand technical outputs of others.
• Experience delivering solutions in regulated or highly controlled environments.
