Join us as an Empty Property Coordinator at Thirteen Group!

Role Overview

Thirteen Group is on the lookout for an Empty Property Coordinator to join our Empty Homes team in Middlesbrough. You’ll ensure that the properties we own and manage are brought up to the agreed occupancy standard in the shortest possible time to protect the asset and maximise rental income.

This is a roam role, so you’ll work mainly from home and from our lovely offices. We’ll need you to be flexible around business and team need, so you may need to come into the office more frequently when required.

Key Responsibilities
  1. You’ll be responsible for property inspections once a property is vacated, reporting back on any repairs needed within the property.
  2. You'll work towards hitting your KPI's each week, to ensure customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
  3. You’ll need to compile reports and provide data to help inform decisions and strategy.
  4. You’ll be co-ordinating various teams internally and externally to ensure that empty properties are ready to let within agreed timescales.

About You
  1. You’ll have an HNC in building studies or relevant experience in identifying required repairs.
  2. You should have a good working understanding of operational health and safety.
  3. You’ll be great at communicating and negotiating with various stakeholders internally and externally.
  4. You’ll use lots of different systems on a daily basis, so you’ll have good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems.
  5. A full UK driving license with access to a vehicle.
