Qualifications

• Experience in care settings preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with vulnerable people.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with day-to-day routines in line with personal support plans.
• Assist with dressing, personal care, finances, medications and appointments.
• Encourage participation in employment, volunteering and hobbies as requested.
