Key is recruiting support workers in your area to provide high-quality, individualized support to adults with a range of needs. You will empower individuals to live as independently as possible, promoting choice, dignity and well-being in a supportive local team.

Flexibility is essential, with shifts including evenings and weekends, and opportunities for sleepovers and waking nights. Full-time and part-time contracts are available, with extensive training and benefits described below.
