Job summary

Homeless Link is seeking a full-time Youth Worker to support young women with complex needs. You will join the Youth Work Team to deliver the Day Centre service and facilitate life skills for youth experiencing homelessness in London.

You will specialise in gender-informed work, lead the weekly Women and Non-Binary space, run group sessions and manage a caseload of young women needing intensive support, maintaining safeguarding and trauma-informed practice throughout.

Qualifications

• Experience with young people aged 16-24.
• Experience with women and non-binary people.
• Knowledge of gender-informed and trauma-informed practice.
• Commitment to safeguarding of young people.

Responsibilities

• Deliver frontline Day Centre services and life skills sessions.
• Lead weekly Women and Non-Binary space and groupwork sessions.
• Manage a caseload of young women requiring intensive support.
