Job summary

Colonel Frank Seely Academy, part of Redhill Academy Trust, is seeking two Teaching Assistants to join our inclusive secondary school. The roles are fixed-term for 1 year, 32.5 hours per week, term-time only, starting November 2026.

Candidates should be compassionate, empathetic, and capable of inspiring students with learning difficulties. We offer induction, strong CPD through Redhill Teaching Hub, and personalised appraisal; DBS checks are required.
