Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. is seeking caring Teaching Assistants / Learning Support Assistants to join a range of welcoming schools across Bungay and surrounding areas. Both full-time and part-time term-time positions are available.

You will support pupils in the classroom, helping them access activities and build confidence. Responsibilities include one-to-one and small-group support, assisting pupils with SEND, promoting positive behaviour, and helping with lesson preparation.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils in the classroom to access learning activities.

• Encourage positive behaviour and engagement with learning.
• Help create a safe, inclusive, nurturing learning environment.
• Support pupils' social, emotional and academic development.
• Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom organisation.
