Dimensions (UK) Ltd. is seeking a Support Worker for a supported living home in Bury St Edmunds.

You will provide tailored 1:1 support across the home to help individuals build independence and reach personal goals through planning meals, managing finances, and attending appointments. No prior experience is required, but you will be part of a values‑driven team that supports learning disabilities, autism, and complex health needs.

Qualifications

• No specific qualifications required, but you should be able to support people with varying needs including learning disabilities, autism and complex health needs.
• Be positive, proactive and person-centred in approach.
• Able to build strong relationships and support with personal care and moving and handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored 1:1 support across the home and with colleagues as needed.
• Help people build independence, develop skills and make choices about how they live.
• Support with daily activities, planning meals, managing finances and attending healthcare appointments.
