Job summary

Mirus Wales in Cardiff is hiring a Support Worker to help people build relationships, try new experiences, and live fulfilling lives. You will support individuals to engage with their communities while respecting their choices and independence.

This role is female-only. A full UK driving licence and the ability to drive a manual car are required, and you will work as part of a dedicated team committed to person-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Support people to build relationships, try new experiences and live fulfilling lives.
• Assist with household tasks, shopping, meals, personal care and maintaining routines.
• Encourage and support people to strengthen relationships with family, friends and their community.
• Work alongside social workers, nurses and occupational therapists to ensure the best support.
• Listen to people you support and help them make choices about their lives.
