Creative Support Ltd in Warrington is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist individuals with learning disabilities and autism in a six-flat service. The role involves personal care, weekend/holiday shifts, and helping residents engage in community activities to promote independence.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care to service users
• Working on a rota system including weekends and bank holidays
• Supporting individuals with activities that they enjoy and days out in the surrounding towns of Winwick, St. Helens, Leigh and Newton-le-Willows and further afield
• Developing and sustaining warm and trusting relationships with service users
• Carrying out general administrative duties and housing management tasks
