Job summary

Key is recruiting Support Workers in Scotland to help adults with a variety of needs live more independently with dignity and choice. You will work as part of a local team, delivering person-centred support and ensuring high-quality care in a busy environment.

We offer full-time and part-time contracts, excellent training, SVQ funding, and a range of employee benefits. Flexible shifts, evenings, weekends and sleepovers may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with people with learning disabilities is desirable.
• Commitment to a person-centred approach is essential.
• Willing to work flexibly as part of a team, including evenings and weekends.
