Swanton Care in Wales is hiring a Support Worker to empower people to live the life they want, with respect for personal choice and independence. The role is based in Tonteg, Pontypridd, offering 40 hours per week with a supportive team and opportunities for personal development.

You will work to enable individuals to engage in activities, maintain health and wellbeing, and participate in their communities, while completing necessary records and documents as part of daily care routines.

• Enthusiastic, compassionate and committed to supporting people with personal choice and independence.
• Adaptable and flexible with excellent communication skills.
• Must hold a valid UK driving licence.

• Provide support to empower people to achieve their goals and live the life they wish within individual support plans.
