United Response is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Callington, Cornwall to empower individuals to live their lives as they choose. You will build strong relationships and provide hands‑on support with daily activities and personal care, following each person’s plan.

The role offers part‑time and relief contracts, with a pay rate of £13.45 per hour plus a £62 sleep‑in allowance. United Response is a charity focused on inclusion, wellbeing and community participation.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with the people you will be supporting.
• Assist with day‑to‑day routines in line with personal support plans (dressing, personal care, finances, medication, appointments, work, volunteering and hobbies).
