Job summary

National Care Group is recruiting a Support Worker to join our team in and around Gloucester. You will provide person-centred care to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs, helping with daily tasks and practical activities while promoting independence.

You will work up to 37.5 hours per week with a supportive team, paid training, and opportunities to gain qualifications. We value compassion, reliability, and teamwork in an inclusive environment.
