- Good communication with people supported, families and colleagues.
- Basic IT skills are required to use digital systems.

Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated support to a woman living in her own home in Cardiff.
- Assist with personal care, medication, meals, and daily routines to create a safe, happy home.
- Support activities out and about, including outings and social events.
- Adapt to the person’s communication style and preferences, enabling choice and person-centred support.
- Work as part of a team, including DBS checks and shifts including long days, sleep-ins and weekends.
