Job summary

Bright Futures Care Limited is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join Riverside in Warrington, a specialist home for adults with autism and learning disabilities. You will support daily activities, foster independence, and help create a warm, safe environment.

You’ll contribute to person-centred plans, record progress, and work a mix of day shifts and sleeps to meet individual needs. Training is provided and development is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Passion for person-centred support.
• Positive, proactive attitude and resilience.
• Willingness to learn and grow; teamwork oriented.
• Full UK driving licence is desirable; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support, empower communication and independence.
• Plan fulfilling activities and maintain progress records.
• Support residents with transitions to new home and life skills.
• Work as part of a supportive team to create a safe, empowering environment.
