Job summary

Affinity Trust in Northiam, East Sussex is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to empower people with learning disabilities to live life their way. You’ll help with daily routines, encourage independence, and support meaningful activities in the community.

The role offers full-time hours, full training, and NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care; you may work some weekends and sleep-ins. The rate is £13.10 per hour, with a shift pattern designed to suit the home’s needs.

Qualifications

• Full training provided with NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care.
• Ability to work across flexible hours including some weekends and sleep-in shifts.
• Must be able to reach the location; transport access is limited.
