Job summary

Achieve together is seeking caring Support Workers to assist people with learning disabilities, autism and related needs in their homes and communities. You’ll help with everyday tasks, personal care, and enable independence, fostering meaningful community participation.

No prior social care experience is required; we provide comprehensive training and ongoing coaching to help you grow, with a range of working patterns including full time, part time and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• New to social care? We provide full training.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to individual support plans.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support people in daily living activities at home and in the community.
• Encourage independence, social participation and goal achievement.
• Document observations and follow individual support plans.
