Achieve Together is recruiting a dedicated Support Worker to help people with learning disabilities and complex needs live independently in Bay Lodge, Holbeach, Spalding and the surrounding community.

You will provide compassionate care, encourage daily living activities, celebrate achievements, and support people to engage with their local networks. Full-time hours, hourly rate £12.80–£12.90, with flexible patterns and training opportunities.
