Achieve Together in Woodbridge House, Gillingham, is hiring a Support Worker to help people with learning disabilities and complex needs live independently. You will support people in daily activities, promote wellbeing, and encourage participation in the local community.

Qualifications

• New to social care? We provide full training to ensure you can deliver the best possible support.
• You will work with people who have learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
