Job summary

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland invites applications for a female Support Practitioner based in Greenock. You will support individuals on an outcome-based programme, helping them gain confidence, learn life skills, and maintain independence at home and in the community.

Role includes assisting with daily living tasks, finances and personal care, with training provided, including a fully funded SVQ. UK driving licence required for mobility support roles.

Qualifications

Have an empathetic and caring nature.
Good observation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confidence in using computers.
Able to work well in a team and on your own.
Good organisational skills.

Responsibilities

Support individuals on an outcome-based programme to grow in confidence and life skills.
Assist with daily living tasks: meal preparation, medication management, appointments and activities, personal finances and personal care.
Provide emotional guidance and help maintain meaningful relationships with family and friends.
Empower individuals to thrive in their own homes and communities.
Support social inclusion and reduce isolation.
