Job summary

West Sussex County Council and St Andrews CofE School in Worthing are seeking two enthusiastic and compassionate individuals to join our Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) department. The successful applicants will support the delivery of teaching both in and out of the classroom and help all students access the curriculum to achieve their full potential, while upholding the school’s ethos.

This fixed-term contract runs from October 2026 to July 2027, at 31.5 hours per week,

Qualifications

• Support delivery of teaching in the classroom and beyond
• Enable all students to access the curriculum
• Support the school ethos and values as a Church of England school

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering teaching across the SEND department
