Job summary

Senovo is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant for a welcoming specialist education setting in Redbridge. Immediate Start and a pupil-focused, supportive environment.

You will support pupils in class, individually or in small groups, help deliver literacy, numeracy and curriculum activities, and encourage engagement and growing independence.

You will work closely with the class teacher and wider SEN team to follow individual support plans and safeguarding responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in SEN schools, education, childcare, care or youth support is welcomed.
• You are patient, dependable and able to follow individual support plans.
• You communicate clearly and understand safeguarding responsibilities.
