Job summary

Ayrshire Independent Living Network (AILN) is seeking a part-time Support Worker to assist a young man with cerebral palsy and a learning disability in Ayr. You will help him access the local community, such as gym visits, cinema outings, and social coffees, while promoting confidence and independence.

The role requires patience, empathy, and strong communication with families. A PVG check and references are required; 6-month probation applies. On-site working pattern.
