Northamptonshire Children’s Trust is seeking a part-time Residential Care Worker to support five‑bedroom homes for young people with emotional and behavioural needs. The role covers early and late shifts, weekend work, and enhancements for unsocial hours.

You will help with daily life, school tasks and life skills, accompany to appointments, and organise activities; a family‑like atmosphere is encouraged to promote trust and positive development.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
