Advance Charity, a women-focused organisation, seeks a Housing Floating Support Worker to assist women 18+ facing housing risk and tenancy issues across London. The role is based in Hammersmith with pan-London travel and a 35-hour week, offering steady permanent employment and a female-only requirement.

You will provide housing and domestic abuse support, liaise with housing providers, and coordinate multi-agency services to maintain tenancies and prevent homelessness.

Qualifications

• Experience in advocacy and support for women affected by domestic violence.
• Ability to coordinate multi-agency support and crisis intervention.
• Strong liaison with housing services and local stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Build partnerships with housing providers and local council.
• Provide information and support to stakeholders to identify women at risk.
• Conduct assessments, risk management, and safety planning for service users.
• Develop and deliver support plans including crisis intervention and advocacy.
• Ensure accurate case recording and reporting for safeguarding and governance.
