Job summary

Clayton Hall Academy, part of Windsor Academy Trust, is recruiting a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our SEND team. The role is 37 hours per week, term time, with a starting salary of £27,933 and Grade 5 progression.

You will support pupils in classrooms, in small groups or 1-2-1 interventions, help with enrichment activities, and work under the guidance of the SEND team and class teacher. An enhanced DBS with barred list check applies.

Qualifications

• HLTA with responsibility to support SEND students.
• Ability to work in classroom and with small groups or individuals.
• Willingness to contribute to enrichment activities.

Responsibilities
