You will develop relationships, meet targets, conduct in-depth assessments, co-produce SMART action plans, use local services, pre-screens, in-work support, and contribute to continuous service improvement, while complying with data security and safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering employability support and coaching to diverse customers.
• Ability to conduct in-depth assessments and tailor SMART action plans.
• Commitment to safeguarding, data security, and health and safety policies.

• Manage a caseload and prepare clients for interviews and job searching.
