Job summary

Together Trust is seeking a Community Support Worker at Brinnington, Stockport to provide care, support and promote independence within the local community. You will help adults with complex needs learn communication, choice and fulfilment in a respectful, person-centred way.

We aim to empower individuals to take control of their lives, with a supportive team, DBS checks, safeguarding training and flexible working patterns across the Brinnington service.

Qualifications

• Community Support Worker with a positive and enthusiastic approach.
• Friendly and great communicators who can work with adults and their families.
• Ability to work as part of a team or independently with open communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and support to adults with complex needs.
