Job summary

NHS Highland is seeking a Community Mental Health Support Worker to join the Cowal and Bute Community Mental Health Team. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to support individuals with mental health difficulties in the community.

You will help deliver person-centred care, assist with care plans, engage clients in recovery-focused activities, monitor wellbeing, and collaborate with service users, carers, and partner agencies.

Qualifications

• Experience in mental health services, health or social care is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work effectively in team and independently under supervision.
