Responsibilities

• Support learners with severe learning difficulties, autism and complex needs within a specialist SEND school in Hereford
• Assist with personal care and mobility and support therapy programmes where required
• Work alongside teachers, therapists and support staff to develop communication and life skills
• Help learners access a sensory and engagement-based curriculum and achieve learning goals
• Contribute to a positive, patient and supportive learning environment
