Job summary

Lifeways Group is hiring a Mental Health Recovery Support Worker to empower adults with enduring mental ill health to live safely and independently in their own homes. You’ll work across days, evenings, and weekends as part of a supportive team.

No prior experience is required—just compassion, good communication, and a willingness to learn. An NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care is a bonus, and Lifeways will support you to achieve it. DBS check is paid for by the company; sponsorship is not offered.

Responsibilities

• Empower adults with enduring mental ill health to live safely and independently at home.
• Support emotional wellbeing, daily living routines, and social participation.
• Assist with budgeting, benefits, and accessing community services.
• Help maintain relationships with family and social networks.
