Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualified in law with employment law experience.
• Excellent communication skills and client-service mindset.
• Ability to manage a busy workload in a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct of Tribunal and Early Conciliation matters
• Manage a varied caseload
• Drafting of responses, witness statements and relevant applications
• Dealing with all aspects of document disclosure and creation of bundles
• Liaising with Tribunals, Claimants’ representatives and clients
• Discussing merits of a case and achieving commercially favourable settlements Conducting preliminary hearings by telephone
