The Opportunity

You\'ll lead complex and varied Employment Tax projects - advising a broad range of clients, from dynamic family businesses to established corporates with turnover exceeding £200m.

You\'ll have a seat at the table helping to shape the direction of the Employment Tax function, while enjoying strong Partner-level support and a balanced, flexible working culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality Employment Tax advisory work
• Advise on matters including HMRC enquiries, IR35, employment status, National Minimum Wage, due diligence and wider employment-related compliance
• Support and collaborate with senior leadership to drive the continued growth of the service line
• Build strong internal and external relationships - including HMRC, employment lawyers and industry bodies
• Mentor and develop junior members of the team
