You'll work directly with clients, lead on projects, and be encouraged to contribute to internal initiatives such as mentoring junior staff and developing service offerings. Prior experience in practice, HMRC, or industry is welcomed - with a preference for CTA/ACA-qualified candidates, although we're open to strong experience without formal qualifications.You'll join a collaborative environment where flexibility is the norm, home-working is fully supported, and your time is spent doing value-add work - not filling in timesheets.
