Whether you're at Assistant Manager or Manager level, this is a rare opportunity to build on your technical strength in a people-first culture that truly supports your career.This team advises a diverse portfolio of clients across all sectors, handling everything from PAYE/NIC reviews, HMRC employer compliance, IR35 status reviews, and due diligence input through to advising on benefits, salary sacrifice, and global mobility tax issues. You'll work directly with clients, lead on projects, and be encouraged to contribute to internal initiatives such as mentoring junior staff and developing service offerings. Prior experience in practice, HMRC, or industry is welcomed - with a preference for CTA/ACA-qualified candidates, although we're open to strong experience without formal qualifications.You'll join a collaborative environment where flexibility is the norm, home-working is fully supported, and your time is spent doing value-add work - not filling in timesheets.
