We’re growing our Employment Tax team in response to strong client demand, and we’re looking for a Manager who’s ready to lead. You’ll be advising on a wide range of issues — from PAYE, NICs, and benefits-in-kind to IR35, global mobility, and strategic reward planning.

What you'll be doing day to day
  • Advising on employment tax matters (PAYE, National Insurance, CIS, expatriate tax)
  • Ensuring HMRC compliance and managing reporting obligations
  • Collaborating with HR, Finance, Legal, and external advisors
  • Conducting risk reviews and audits
  • Keeping policies up to date with evolving tax legislation
  • Training HR and Payroll teams on PAYE tax, National Insurance and global mobility
  • Supporting strategic initiatives and due diligence processes
  • Advising on IR35, off-payroll working, and Construction Industry Scheme compliance
  • Structuring tax-efficient termination payments and remuneration packages
About you
  • ACA, ACCA, CTA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in employment tax
  • Strong knowledge of P11D, PSA, and UK employment tax legislation
  • Knowledge of Global Mobility is advantageous but not essential
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in approach
