Job Purpose

The successful candidate will have strong, relevant experience across all areas of Employment Tax and will play a key role both nationally and locally. You will have a curiosity to grow the Forvis Mazars Employment Tax service line and seek new opportunities to shape our offerings both now and in the future.

You will be supported in growing your career and actively involved in shaping the Employment Tax business, including team structure, focus, and technology.

Role & Responsibilities

• Be a lead internal and external contact
• Build relationships across the business and increase awareness of our Employment Tax Reward services
• Work with Strategic Markets to develop go-to-market strategies
• Coordinate with team members to work collaboratively
• Train junior team members, including graduates and school leavers
• Develop internal networks to support our clients

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Hold a relevant professional qualification (e.g., ATT, CTA) and have relevant experience
• Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of Employment Tax areas
• Ability to build good internal and external relationships
• Experience managing projects and supporting long-term client relationships
• Good presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal and client handling skills
• Experience in performance management
• Willingness to learn and develop
• Aspirations to develop business development skills and create opportunities locally, nationally, and strategically
