Employment Tax Associate Director

Make an Impact within our Employment Tax team at RSM UK

Our national employer solutions team specializes in domestic employment tax, global employer services, and share plan and reward. With 100 specialists across the UK, we provide tailored support to help clients navigate employment tax issues, manage global workforce challenges, and develop reward strategies, ensuring compliance and strategic growth.

We are seeking an Employment Tax Associate Director for one of our UK offices (Birmingham, Leeds, London, Cambridge, Gatwick, Bristol, Guildford, Reading, or Southampton). The role involves working within a dynamic team passionate about employment tax, offering opportunities to impact and grow your career in a supportive environment.

While preference is for candidates based near our listed locations, applications from those close to any UK office are welcome as we adopt a national approach.

You will:

  1. Collaborate with a team of 100 experts, delivering innovative solutions to diverse clients
  2. Enhance employment tax standards through practical application of your expertise
  3. Focus on key client areas such as employment tax risk, governance, off-payroll workers, minimum wage, and benefits payroll
  4. Engage with clients ranging from FTSE 100 companies to high-growth startups
  5. Contribute to a culture of inclusion, respect, and innovation, mentoring team members and sharing insights
