A leading financial institution seeks an EMEA Employment Tax Advisor - Vice President to provide strategic tax advice across the EMEA region. This role involves collaboration with various tax and HR teams, managing risk and tax compliance and requires a CTA qualification. The successful candidate will navigate complex Employment Tax matters, ensuring adherence to regulations while supporting audits and review processes.
EMEA Employment Tax Advisor within the Corporate Tax team, working closely with EMEA Tax Advisory colleagues and the broader Global Corporate Tax and Employment Tax teams. The team collaborates with the HR EMEA Employment Tax Operations team to provide advice to HR functions such as Compensation, Benefits, Pensions, Payroll, and Global Mobility across EMEA regarding Employment Tax matters.
As an Employment Tax Advisor - Vice President in the Corporate Tax department, you will advise Lines of Business, Expenses, and Contingent Worker teams on Employment Tax issues. You will work closely with HMRC and other tax authorities in the region.
