Job Description:

Are you interested in helping people with mental health problems and other chronic health conditions reintegrate into work? Join us as an Employment Specialist with Richmond Fellowship in Surrey. We assist individuals in finding paid employment or returning to work after ill health, and support employers and employees in managing mental health in the workplace.

Your role involves helping clients source meaningful paid roles, offering careers advice, setting recovery and employment goals, and providing training in CV writing and interview techniques. You'll establish and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, clinical teams, partner organizations, and local employers, while developing and promoting the service. Additionally, you'll manage admin systems to ensure timely referrals, assessments, and reviews.

Candidates should have a good understanding of the IPS model, mental and physical health issues, and barriers faced by clients. Excellent motivational, presentation, and listening skills are essential, along with a willingness to travel locally and work outside standard hours as needed. Strong organizational and time management skills, flexibility, and the ability to prioritize are also required.

There are 10 roles available in Woking.

The post-holder must be a car driver.

This is a permanent full-time role, 37.5 hours per week.
