Job summary

Change Grow Live (CGL) in Swindon is seeking an IPS Employment Specialist to lead a groundbreaking effort delivering Individual Placement and Support services in the community. The role focuses on developing project management, stakeholder engagement, and implementation skills to help people with recovery needs access paid employment.

You will work with service users, clinicians, and local employers, guiding the IPS model and ensuring sustained, matched employment opportunities.

As an IPS Employment Specialist, you'll lead this groundbreaking effort, developing project management, stakeholder engagement, and implementation skills. Extensive training and ongoing support will be provided to ensure your success.

If this sounds like you, then you might be ideal for our Employment Specialist role

Our IPS teams aims to increase the number of people moving into paid employment from specialist community health services.

The role will help people in community treatment for substance use to find and sustain paid, preference matched, employment. You’ll work throughout the region with service users, clinicians, local employers and partners to deliver employment support using the Individual Placement and Support approach (IPS).

About You:
