Get Set UK is seeking an Employment Specialist - Connect to Work to support people with disabilities and other barriers toward sustainable employment. You will build relationships, assess strengths, and tailor plans, working with communities, employers and partners to create progress toward realistic goals.

The role requires empathy, resilience, and strong organisation, with travel across Broxbourne & East Hertfordshire and a commitment to Get Set UK's values.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals to achieve employment outcomes.
• Ability to build trusting relationships with diverse individuals.
• Experience guiding CV development and job applications.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships and create personalised action plans.
• Support participants with disabilities and other barriers.
• Assist with CVs, applications, job searching and interviews.
• Engage with employers to identify opportunities and promote inclusion.
• Coordinate with health professionals and partners to provide support.
• Keep accurate records and ensure programme compliance.
