Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust seeks an Employment Solicitor to provide expert employment law advice across a diverse workforce. You will work with HR, medical workforce teams and senior leaders to manage litigation, employee relations matters and legal risk while promoting a fair and high-performing workplace.

• CPD must be completed in line with SRA requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality employment law advice to the Trust's Employee Relations and Medical Workforce Teams.
• Advise on contentious and non-contentious matters and liaise with workforce, managers and clinicians.
• Advise disciplinary hearing panels and assist with drafting outcome decisions.
• Support development and execution of Settlement Agreements and general HR policy input.
• Manage day-to-day employment law casework and oversee external legal spend when required.
• Deliver seminars and training on employment law, risk management and policy issues.
