You'll receive comprehensive supervision and training from an experienced Employment Partner who is genuinely passionate about developing junior talent. This partner takes a progressive, hands-on approach to mentorship, ensuring you build both technical excellence and commercial awareness.
Your caseload will initially be claimant-focused with a blend of non-contentious work. While drafting settlement agreements will form the foundation of your practice, you\'ll quickly develop exposure to a diverse range of employment matters including discrimination claims, unfair dismissal, whistleblowing, TUPE, and contractual disputes.
This varied workload provides the perfect platform to develop comprehensive employment law expertise whilst building confidence in client relationships and case management.
The ideal candidate will have completed a seat in claimant employment work during their training contract, or possess solid paralegal experience within a claimant-facing employment team.
